Unfriendly staff. You get pissed off, some ingredients are not available because there was no desire to freshly prepare them. The counter looks like a war is going on there. Absolutely not recommendable. Usually not even a deserved star, more like a half. Furthermore, absolutely anti-social behavior of the employees even if you meet them in the center or want to order a sub. You should urgently rethink, simply lay down stricter rules and enforce them.
